There are many evidences that service-learning is a wonderful tool to achieve today's curricular goal: to make students responsible participants in community life. At the same time, there are many studies that underline the fact tha students like to be involved in such activities and projects. But ¿how can teachers know what the degree of their involvement is? ¿Are there any factors that inhibit or exceed this involvement? That is the reason why the author of this research elaborates the following question: ¿Is there a significant effect of gender or year of study on the degree of social responsability in teenagers who are involved in service-learning?
